Since April 1, 2023, Sanyi Kangyang has undertaken the socialized operation and management of "Shigu Elderly Home". Covering an area of 27 mu (approximately 18,000 square meters) with a total investment of over 10 million yuan and a construction area of more than 6,300 square meters, the home has 204 beds, including 103 nursing beds. It provides basic living care for the elderly covered by the five-guarantee system (elderly people without families, support, or financial resources) living in the home. Meanwhile, functioning as a regional elderly care service center, it extends its services to surrounding villages and communities to address issues related to home-based elderly care, aging-friendly renovation, and the integration and interaction of community resources within the area.
