A lot of inconvenience especially for travelling, the blind most commonly uses cane stick which can only detect small obstacles on the ground. Guide dog training is expensive and sparse, and there are some problems when travelling by public transportation or entering public environment. To solve the outdoor travelling problems, we have researched and developed a pair of glasses using stereo sounds to help the blind hear the world. The glasses Intoer mainly help the blind to travel independently, it has three functions: avoiding obstacles, navigation, and recognition (stairs and roadside). Our technical advantages lie in three-dimensional environmental information detection and stereo sound coding based on binocular vision. Compared with the current binocular on the market, we reduce the closest distance to from normal 600mm to 50mm and extend the detection distance of the conventional ground detection algorithm from 3m to more than 10m. Stereo sound coding refers to converting an
